Newly decorated and furnished naked friendly smart marina residence with a choice of 2 luxury bedrooms sharing the bathroom with me, the owner. Open plan living with a beautiful petite balcony perfect for some wine and nibbles whilst watching the peacocks roam freely. Feel free to utilise my home as yours and make full use of the kitchen for your own cooking should you wish too. I do work a lot so there are the basics for breakfast and ample fruit too. Entry is via a key safe and code most of the time. There are plenty of walks, activities nearby including the wonderful Snowdonia national park. Or alternatively kick off your shoes and relax bare foot on the balcony with a glass of fizz and some good food. Naked massage also available at extra cost

Had a great evening at Wayne's. He wasn't there when we arrived but he made sure we could get in and make ourselves at home An enjoyable evening of chatting and a few drinks. Just what the doctor ordered after a wet weekend in North Wales

Very comfortable, modern house in a great location. Parking right outside and a couple of excellent places to eat nearby. Extremely clean. Good communication.

Very good communication, from booking until I left. Nice accommodation. Myself and Wayne, caught up over a cup of tea and had varied chat for a couple of hours. Check in and check out times, we're very flexible. If I was in the area again, I would definitely stay again.

Wayne was great and his house is lovely, a great place to stay. The town is very interesting to walk around and has a fascinating history. Wayne's recommendation for eating was very good. Really enjoyed it, I hope to be back soon.

Wayne is a very interesting guy. Excellent communication from him, and we had great chats from the start and well into the night. His house was immaculate and his hosting was superb. I'd definitely stay here again.

A very friendly and easygoing host, Wayne is easy to chat to after a busy day sightseeing. The accommodation is comfortable, spotlessly clean and warm. Set in a quiet residential location, yet with easy access to places of historical interest, walking and cycling routes, beaches and shopping areas etc. Definitely worth another visit when next in the area.
