This adorable, authentic pine cabin has all the luxuries of tiny home living, and just a short walk to Sunnyside and Lake Tahoe. Nestled in the pines, it exudes the ultimate in a mountain lifestyle visit.

Completely renovated, this one bedroom, 1 bath has all new appliances in the renovated kitchen, all new bath, eclectic living space, and inviting bedroom. Large windows look out towards the pines and the spacious wrap around deck. Lake Tahoe - so close.

Explore the outdoors from this cozy enclave on Tahoe's West Shore. With easy access, the cabin is just a short walk to Lake Tahoe and Sunnyside (restaurant, coffee house, boating options), and a short drive to Tahoe City. In winter enjoy skiing and riding at Palisades Tahoe (Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows), Homewood and Northstar ski resorts, just a short drive away. And Lake Tahoe... so much to do, so little time!

The chalet has one bedroom up steep loft stairs. The bedroom is open to the downstairs. It features a Tempur-Pedic queen mattress, and a twin size daybed. There is a washer/dryer combo upstairs as well. This is a loft bedroom so clearance is marginal on the edges of the room, but high in the center. It's a serene escape... watch the snow fall or hear the birds chirp.

The living room has a comfortable couch, lounging chair, large flat screen SMART TV, wi-fi, small table & chairs. It has a gas fireplace for some sweet ambiance and warmth.

The kitchen is well equipped with all utensils, cooking ware, dishes, etc. There is a coffeemaker, blender, convection oven - all in this tiny space. The full sized refrigerator and freezer pack a big punch.

The bathroom has a glass-door shower, vanity with stone sink, and is stocked with bath amenities (soap, shampoo & conditioner; as well as hair dryer) and plenty of towels.

The outside space (seasonally) is equipped with Adirondack deck chairs, lounge chairs, gas grill, and plenty of wooded area for exploring.
