Beautiful two bedroom condo with private terrace and two beach clubs

This is a self check in service and you are required to share the names in our group for the QR codes that we will provide a few days prior to check in. If we do not receive the check in names for the QR codes prior to check in, the name of the person reserving will only have the QR code to enter. Please follow all pool rules and do not leave towels at the pools unattended. They will be removed by the guards and not returned. You will be charged for these items. Any lost or stolen keys are charged to the guests. There is no smoking of any kind on the terrace or in the condo. Smoking is permitted in the parking areas. Please do not hang towels or item on the railing of the terrace. That is not permitted. This is not a condo for parties. We are a quiet, private company and we do not accept parties. If owners or guards do call us for a complaint, you may be asked to leave without a refund and report given to ********. We cannot always provide early check in or late check out due to our cleaning schedule. During the time of Dec 1 - May 1, there are no early check-ins or late check-out due to high season and the holidays. You have access to our Guest's Only Club for The Garrett Group that does accept luggage storage and early check ins to wait and enjoy the beachfront club while you wait and relax. We do not supply unlimited toilet paper, papertowels, cleaning supplies or shampoo, conditioner, etc. We supply starter items and the rest are the responsibility of your group based on your needs. We supply beach towels but no umbrellas - they break very easily here.
