- Direct access to pedestrian streets and shops.
- 15 min walk from the SNCF train station (TGV or TER for Saint Jean de Luz, Guéthary, Saint Jean Pied de Port).
- Close to numerous bus routes (to Anglet beaches or Biarritz, for example).
- 20 min from beaches by car, 35 min by bike
- Nearby parking lots: Tour de Sault and Porte d'Espagne
