A beautifully renovated house on the outskirts of a Cypriot village. Quiet location with amazing views, very private and peaceful. An ideal location to explore Cyprus or to relax by the pool. The house has 1 beautiful guest bedroom, decorated in a peaceful and calm style. I offer the facility of a safe, tea & coffee and a TV in your room with Netflix, should you wish to relax alone. Bathrobes, slippers, towels, and complimentary toiletries are provided. The village offers an excellent and traditional family run taverna, Apesia Hills donkey safari, a small shop, and 2 coffee shops. There are links to limassol by the No 65 bus. If you love dogs, my rescue family will greet you with enthusiasm. I'm mindful that sometimes we like to be dog free, so the house and gardens have been designed to allow you to relax in peace. If you enjoy the tranquillity of a Cypriot village, but in easy reach of limassol, local beaches, and the Troodos mountains, you will not be disappointed. The outside area is excellent for relaxing and taking a swim during the hot summer days. It's the perfect place to enjoy sundowners with beautiful sunsets. If you enjoy walking, there are numerous walks and routes as you step out of the house. Great exercise to walk off the wonderful Cypriot food and delicacies that you will undoubtedly sample during your stay.

My name is Wayne, and I have been living in Cyprus for the past 20 years. Born in Germany, I lived as a child in Malta and then in the UK. After leaving school, I joined the RAF at the tender age of 16 and served for 24 years. During my time in the RAF I travelled to many parts of the world and with my personal travels I have ventured to many countries which include: Australia, India, Singapore, Thailand, Egypt, Tunisia, Syria, Israel, Jordan, Dubai, Lebanon, Spain, Portugal, India, Switzerland, Majorca, Greece, United States of America, Antarctica, South Georgia, Ascension Islands, Malta, Falkland Islsnds, Chile, Sao Tomè, Italy, Argentina, Poland, Austria, Brazil and Canada. Due to my extensive travels, I believe that I have a good understanding of what people like and expect when on their holidays. With time constraints my many hobbies have taken a hit, but I was always actively partaking in hobbies such as: horse riding which included 3 day eventing, polo, and also water and snow skiing, power boat driving/cruisers, dingy sailing, scuba diving, running and hand gliding. I now take much enjoyment at bring at home, msintsing my home and gardens that are a product of my home improvement. I'm a massive animal lover, I have worked in a zoo and followed my passion to establish a dog grooming salon and a pet hotel.
Having taken early retirement, I will usually be around the house at some time during the day. This will enable me to be on hand to assist with any questions or queries that you may have. Of course, I'm also very mindful of offering you privacy during your stay.
I would be delighted if you decided to join me and my rescued 4-legged furry family for your break in my home. I look forward to seeing you and helping to make your trip to Cyprus a memorable and enjoyable experience.

The village has a fantastic family run taverna called 16 Steps. It is a great place to sample a traditional Cypriot meat meze.
Apesia Village has a donkey safari at Apesia Hills. beautifully run establishment with numerous animals, a restaurant and bar where you can use their swimming pool while you take in the summer sun.
The ancient roman city of Kourium is a 30 minute drive from the village. With the wonderfully preserved amphitheatre and mosaics.
Limassol city is a 20 minute drive. This is a great place to visit the old castle and the marina for a leisurely stroll. The old part of Limassol has been under redevelopment and is beautiful to walk around, taking in the colonial architecture and the alfresco vibe.
City of Dreams Casino is visible from the village. This is the largest casino in the Mediterranean and is located next to My Mall shopping mall. these are only 5 minutes away from the beautiful Ladies Mile beach and the Akrotiri Salt Lake, where you can see flamingoes and waterfowl while they rest during their migrations.
Mount Olympus is a 45 minute drive from the village. Breathtaking scenery, and it would be a shame not to pop into the vineyards to sample some local wines. If you visit during the winter, you may wish to take advantage of the skiing if the conditions allow. Equipment can be rented, and lift passes can be purchased on a day or half day basis.
Caledonian Water Falls are located at Platres, why not try some of the trout that are farmed in the village.
Due to the location of Apesia. every where is in easy reach. your options are endless. Whether you want the party life of Ayia Napa with its beautiful white sandy beaches. A visit to Latchi and the Akamas Peninsular with popular boat and quad bike trips to the stunning Blue Lagoon. Latchi boasts a beautiful harbour where you can sample freshly caught fish and an amazing fish meze.

1. The first house rule is to enjoy your stay. 2. No smoking within the house, vaping is allowed. Ashtrays are provided outside. 3. If using oils or suntan lotions, please take a shower before entertaining the swimming pool. 4. The swimming pool will be cleaned daily. If you could, please allow time for me to complete this prior to use. 5. When the pool is not in use, it will be covered to reduce heat loss, water evaporation, and excessive chemical usage. I will demonstrate the cover stowage should you want to use the pool, and I'm not available to help with this. 6. My dogs are super friendly. Guaranteed they will bark when you arrive, but you will soon be their friends. However, please don't encourage them into your room, this is for the benefit of future guests who may not appreciate this intrusion. 7. The house has 2 kitchen areas, if you can please tidy and after usage. 8. Please use the air-conditioning and heating sensibly. If using, ensure your windows are closed and the unit is switch off when you're not in your room. 9. You will have a refrigerator allocated for your use. If you need additional space, this can be arranged. 10. Please ensure the entrance gate is closed after access or egress. 11. Outside garden lighting times can be arranged on your arrival. 12. The interior and exterior of the house are cleaned daily. You can assist with this by leaving the floor space clear in the house to allow the robots to do their work. If you require your room to be cleaned daily, this can be included in their routine. 13. The garden is watered with automatic irrigation daily. Please take care not to slip if there is any water laying on the ground. 14. The house has a well stocked drinks cabinet. Please feel free to use this, costs for this will be explained on your arrival. 15. Strictly no toilet paper etc to be disposed of in the toilet. Please use the bin provided. 16. Finally, the last house rule is to revert to the first rule, have fun, and enjoy your stay.😊

I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and responsive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I also loved meeting the adorable four-legged friend, who made my stay even more special. Thank you for your warm hospitality. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

What an amazing place! This is the perfect spot to unwind and relax in beautiful surroundings and welcoming charming host making sure our stay was perfect. The location is in nature but so close to Limassol if one is having withdrawal symptoms from city life. During out first evening the local restaurant was closed and because we did not want to drive to Limassol Wayne cooked for us. Thank you!

I had an amazing stay at Wayne's villa! It was just as beautiful as in the pictures, exactly what I was hoping for. The pool was spotless truly a little paradise surrounded by peace and quiet, perfect for disconnecting and relaxing. A rental car is a must, as the villa is about a 15-minute drive from Limassol, with a supermarket conveniently located along the way where you can grab fresh fruit and drinks to enjoy by the pool. Wayne was incredibly kind and welcoming, and even the dogs were super friendly. No doubt I'll be coming back next summer! can't wait to see you again! Thanks dear for great weekend in your home.

Beautiful house and garden on the hills overlooking Limassol and the sea. Quiet yet easy access to the city. Wayne provided great communication from the moment of booking and I felt like a friend when I arrived at the house. Everything was clean, beautifully decorated and the pool area had amazing views. His furry babies also were super cute and friendly and made me miss my dogs a little bit less. All in all highly recommended!

Wayne's the perfect host, he treated us like friends, naturally going out of the way to make our stay perfect. Friendly, a joy to spend time with and outstanding host. We loved our time there, eating and chatting together. If you love dogs, you'll love the whole family. A spacious well equipped home with pool and sun terrace, is ideal to unwind and visit the hills or city below. You won't be disappointed, as the house and host has it all. A gem!

We spent a VERY happy week with Wayne in his beautiful, interesting house. We shared quite some time with him, relaxing and chatting. He was able to suggest places to visit and even though it was November we were able to swim in his pool. He is a very friendly host who made our visit very enjoyable. We highly recommend a stay with him.

Wayne has the most beautiful place in a wonderful peaceful location. Stunning views, so spacious, and everything you could possibly want for a restful stay. Wayne is the best host, instantly makes you feel at home and always making sure you have every thing you need for the perfect stay, whilst also allowing you the independence to enjoy his home as you please. I had a lovely stay and would definitely return!

Very nice accommodation about 30 min out of Limassol (so car is needed) but on fantastic location with great view, peaceful and with nice breeze that made a difference on hot days. Wayne is great host who really care about his guest, gave great recommendations, arrange all what I have asked as well suggested lot of great places based on my interest (he listen carefully ) He is nice person, fun to talk and spend time with and take care that you have great memories from your visit in Cyprus.

Had an amazing stay at Wayne's property! It was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located. Wayne was a fantastic host, always available and helpful. His friendly dogs added a warm touch but were unobtrusive. He also prepared meals for a nominal fee, which was a delightful surprise. The swimming pool area was great for relaxing, and the amenities were excellent. Highly recommend this property for a great stay! I will definitely go back. Thanks Wayne!
