A beautifully renovated house on the outskirts of a Cypriot village. Quiet location with amazing views, very private and peaceful. An ideal location to explore Cyprus or to relax by the pool. The house has 1 beautiful guest bedroom, decorated in a peaceful and calm style. I offer the facility of a safe, tea & coffee and a TV in your room with Netflix, should you wish to relax alone. Bathrobes, slippers, towels, and complimentary toiletries are provided. The village offers an excellent and traditional family run taverna, Apesia Hills donkey safari, a small shop, and 2 coffee shops. There are links to limassol by the No 65 bus. If you love dogs, my rescue family will greet you with enthusiasm. I'm mindful that sometimes we like to be dog free, so the house and gardens have been designed to allow you to relax in peace. If you enjoy the tranquillity of a Cypriot village, but in easy reach of limassol, local beaches, and the Troodos mountains, you will not be disappointed. The outside area is excellent for relaxing and taking a swim during the hot summer days. It's the perfect place to enjoy sundowners with beautiful sunsets. If you enjoy walking, there are numerous walks and routes as you step out of the house. Great exercise to walk off the wonderful Cypriot food and delicacies that you will undoubtedly sample during your stay.

The village has a fantastic family run taverna called 16 Steps. It is a great place to sample a traditional Cypriot meat meze.
Apesia Village has a donkey safari at Apesia Hills. beautifully run establishment with numerous animals, a restaurant and bar where you can use their swimming pool while you take in the summer sun.
The ancient roman city of Kourium is a 30 minute drive from the village. With the wonderfully preserved amphitheatre and mosaics.
Limassol city is a 20 minute drive. This is a great place to visit the old castle and the marina for a leisurely stroll. The old part of Limassol has been under redevelopment and is beautiful to walk around, taking in the colonial architecture and the alfresco vibe.
City of Dreams Casino is visible from the village. This is the largest casino in the Mediterranean and is located next to My Mall shopping mall. these are only 5 minutes away from the beautiful Ladies Mile beach and the Akrotiri Salt Lake, where you can see flamingoes and waterfowl while they rest during their migrations.
Mount Olympus is a 45 minute drive from the village. Breathtaking scenery, and it would be a shame not to pop into the vineyards to sample some local wines. If you visit during the winter, you may wish to take advantage of the skiing if the conditions allow. Equipment can be rented, and lift passes can be purchased on a day or half day basis.
Caledonian Water Falls are located at Platres, why not try some of the trout that are farmed in the village.
Due to the location of Apesia. every where is in easy reach. your options are endless. Whether you want the party life of Ayia Napa with its beautiful white sandy beaches. A visit to Latchi and the Akamas Peninsular with popular boat and quad bike trips to the stunning Blue Lagoon. Latchi boasts a beautiful harbour where you can sample freshly caught fish and an amazing fish meze.

1. The first house rule is to enjoy your stay.
2. No smoking within the house, vaping is allowed. Ashtrays are provided outside.
3. If using oils or suntan lotions, please take a shower before entertaining the swimming pool.
4. The swimming pool will be cleaned daily. If you could, please allow time for me to complete this prior to use.
5. When the pool is not in use, it will be covered to reduce heat loss, water evaporation, and excessive chemical usage. I will demonstrate the cover stowage should you want to use the pool, and I'm not available to help with this.
6. My dogs are super friendly. Guaranteed they will bark when you arrive, but you will soon be their friends. However, please don't encourage them into your room, this is for the benefit of future guests who may not appreciate this intrusion.
7. The house has 2 kitchen areas, if you can please tidy and after usage.
8. Please use the air-conditioning and heating sensibly. If using, ensure your windows are closed and the unit is switch off when you're not in your room.
9. You will have a refrigerator allocated for your use. If you need additional space, this can be arranged.
10. Please ensure the entrance gate is closed after access or egress.
11. Outside garden lighting times can be arranged on your arrival.
12. The interior and exterior of the house are cleaned daily. You can assist with this by leaving the floor space clear in the house to allow the robots to do their work. If you require your room to be cleaned daily, this can be included in their routine.
13. The garden is watered with automatic irrigation daily. Please take care not to slip if there is any water laying on the ground.
14. The house has a well stocked drinks cabinet. Please feel free to use this, costs for this will be explained on your arrival.
15. Strictly no toilet paper etc to be disposed of in the toilet. Please use the bin provided.
16. Finally, the last house rule is to revert to the first rule, have fun, and enjoy your stay.😊
