The spacious apartment has a large living room, two bathrooms, kitchen, balcony, terrace and three bedrooms for two people each. The living room and the two large bedrooms are air-conditioned. The entire apartment is equipped with heating. Smart TV in all three bedrooms. Living room with large dining table and two sofas, one of which is a comfortable sofa bed with mattress (140cm x 200cm x 12cm). The three double beds in the bedrooms are different widths: 180cm, 150cm and 135cm. The larger terrace is 10m2 in size, quietly situated and ideal for a cozy meal and relaxing, or for sunbathing in the morning. From the smaller balcony you can watch the life on the street "Bonaire", enjoy the sun in the afternoon and also partially see the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, etc. There is a washing machine on the terrace. Numerous shopping facilities, restaurants and the beach promenade are in the immediate vicinity. You can load and unload your luggage directly in front of the house (no parking). The nearest parking garage is approx. 5 minutes' walk away. Free parking on the street is less than 10 minutes away. The center of Barcelona is about 40 minutes away by train or car. Barcelona airport can be reached by public transport in 30-40 minutes, by car in about 30 minutes.
