Please note: There is currently some construction work taking place in the building behind. The work is carried out during daytime hours only, and while it’s generally not disruptive, there may be occasional noise during the day. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that everything inside the apartment remains comfortable for your stay. Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) McMahons Point short walk to North Sydney business district and train station. 50m to McMahons Point ferry and nearby cafes and restaurants on Blues Point Road. Free parking outside property and in adjacent parking building.

Metres to the ferry wharf and bus stop, 500m to village restaurants and just a 1km walk to North Sydney station and CBD. Washer and Dryer are in the building not inside the apartment. Washing machine & Dryer are coin operated.

All guest are required to complete an ******** form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350.
