A 6-minute walk from Anse Canot beach and La Datcha beach, with its festive bars on the beach opposite the ilet du Gosier. The villa is on the seafront, high up on the cliff. Supermarkets are within walking distance for shopping. It has 5 bedrooms with 5 private bathrooms and 5 independent toilets + 1 additional guest toilet on the ground floor. 4 bedrooms have double beds (160 cm) and one has 2 single beds (90 cm) that can be converted into a double bed (180 cm). 4 bedrooms are upstairs and one is on the ground floor. The bedrooms are equipped with fitted sheets, comforter covers, pillows, pillowcases and towels. On the ground floor you'll find a beautiful kitchen with scullery, complete with sink, American fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. On and under the large counter you'll find a 2nd small fridge, a large induction hob, 1 sink and storage space, as well as all the crockery and cutlery you need, a Nespresso coffee maker and a Delonghi coffee maker with coffee grinder. A counter for 10 people will give you the possibility to take your meals inside. A television area awaits you. A large sea-facing lounge offers a panoramic view of Marie-Galante, Les Saintes, Basse-terre with its soufrière and, in fine weather, Dominica. You can also admire it from the infinity pool with salt treatment and alarm. The view is exceptional. It's like a postcard of Guadeloupe. A laundry area lets you wash and dry your clothes with the tumble dryer. Outside, the garden is adorned with a variety of local plants that attract hummingbirds and sugarbushes, among others. The garden is adorned with 2 large mango trees, which you can enjoy in season.
