Located in the best area of Zurich on a quiet street. 1 min. walk to tram 7 as well as the Wolishofen train stop. Zurich airport - direct train in 25 minutes and 12 minutes to the central station. Around: stores, cafes, and restaurants, farm, lake, restaurants, grill area, beach 5 min. The apartment is located on the ground floor, and smoking is allowed on the balcony. Inside: multicooker, TV with Netflix, a smart speaker, two beds.

The apartment can be rented half using only one room out of two, a shared room, or the entire space.

I work in event industry and organise LGBTQ+ friendly events.
