In the heart of the splendid Val Ferret, at the entrance of Praz-de-Fort, this newly-renovated flat is part of a patrimonial building, dating from the 17th century.
With a beautiful view on Swiss alps, the flat is easily accessible all year round by public and private transport.
Suitable for 2 to 4 people, it has a floor area of around 80 m2: separate kitchen with direct access to the garden, large 35 m2 living and dining room, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 pull-out beds, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet. It has central heating in all rooms and an additional wood-burning stove in the living room.
