Single family home with separate pool room. The room is large and has a 4 seat table, bed, couch, bathroom, and its own AC unit. The room overlooks the saltwater pool through three windows for an amazing day and night view. Includes a refrigerator 4.2 cu ft. The bathroom was recently added and includes sink, shower, and toilet. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The room is separate from the house with no connection. The walls are concrete for sound shielding. There is a gym (Esporta) nearby. Close to Publix (food) and Win Dixie (food), gas, I4 (interstate for going to theme parks). UBER and LYFT rides are about 10 dollars depending on destination.

This is the second time I've stayed at Jonathan's place. It really is a great spot for someone wanting to relax. He is very easy to communicate with, and makes the check in process super easy.

Jonathan's place was a nice place away from home. We were there for two nights and it was a great place to crash after long days out. Communication was great and we felt right at home

Thank you so much Jonathan for your room! Everything was just perfect: the room, the swimming pool, the AC, the bathtub and of course the host! Jonathan was flexible, available and happy to help. It was nice talking with him. I recommend 100% this ******** in a quiet neighborhood, not so far from gyms and gays areas ;)

Jonathan was very kind and made the stay easy. The room is very large, with everything you need to have a relaxing time. He even had the hot tub running, which was a great way to start the stay. I will definitely be stay here again.

Very cute and large room, with easy access to stores and nightlife. Jonathan was very communicative and helpful during my stay, and the pool and hot tub were perfect!

What a great place to stay, convienient to just about everything Orlando/ Winter Park. My accommodations were excellent, very private-yet the host was on-site if needed. The room was very clean and spacious with a extremely comfortable bed and sofa-sleeper to sit and watch TV. I'm thankful that Jonathan and I were able to go to dinner and share a little about our lives. He has 2-kids ( 4-legged) that are very friendly, however it was sooo cold we really didn't get to play in the yard together or the huge pool area...the best review is, I can't wait to stay again when I visit Orlando. Thanks again Jonathan

Jonathan was a very gracious and accommodating host. He gave us extra pool towels and pre-heated the hot tub for us! His dogs are super sweet and the location was perfect. Thanks for an amazing stay!
