Room in East Belfast, less than 30 min walk from the centre.

Peter has a lovely home. He wasn't there the majority of the time I was and we never actually met but he was always just a message away if I needed anything. He's also been very helpful after I left a backpack behind. What a sensational host. If I'm ever staying in Belfast I'll def stay again. Thank you for your hospitality Peter. He also left instructions about the house on arrival which helped. Only complaint I had is it's a bit far from city so have to always get a taxi but that's barely an issue

Peter was a friendly and welcoming host, and communication with him was easy and efficient throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. However, our overall experience was let down by the condition of the room and the house in general. The property is in serious need of refurbishment — everything felt quite dated and worn. The room had a damp feel to it, wasn't very clean, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the house that made the stay less comfortable. It's also worth noting that these issues weren't apparent from the photos, which made the place look more modern and well-kept than it actually was. Unfortunately, the reality didn't match the expectations set by the listing. While we were grateful for Peter's hospitality, the accommodation didn't meet expectations in terms of cleanliness and upkeep. With proper renovations and a deep clean, it could be a much more enjoyable place to stay.

Peter is very easy to get along with and showed me quite a lot in a short period of time. Bed is comfy.
