Downtown Condo Room at Studio 1 Richmond St

The room offers, as shown in the photo, a wonderful view of the city. For downtown, it was quiet, a good bed, private bathroom, everything clean. The host Jatin is very helpful, very friendly and does everything possible to make the stay pleasant. The location is within walking distance to the subway, streetcar and Union Station. There is a supermarket nearby and many cafés and restaurants.

I stayed four nights at Jatin's and it was a fantastic experience, the apartment is just as shown in the photos, and he was always kind and meticulous. Jatin was not here but always available for asking any questions. The apartment is very well located, very comfortable with an incredible sunset view. Toronto is the Canadian New York and I enjoyed this city.

Even the small details, like the fresh, comforting scent throughout the space, make you feel instantly at home. The location is also perfect, right in the heart of Toronto, with everything within walking distance. Jatin is a superb host, he has a beautiful place right in the heart of downtown that has a priceless view of sunset. He is friendly and considerate, and goes out of his way to help guests with anything they may need in Toronto. Private room with beautiful views and dedicated full bath. He even had my favorite tea which he provided as I forgot mine.

Good location for exploring the city, transit right around the corner, and within walking distance of many great restaurants and entertainment. Clean, comfortable accommodation.

Jatin is the best host. He is kind, considerate and so friendly. It felt like it was my home! He shared many tips of places to go, things to eat and we got along very well. I would highly recommend a stay with him if someone is visiting Toronto!
