Notice: Renovation Work Starting 16 February 2026 Unit 202 will undergo a full renovation starting Monday 16 February. Guests in units adjacent, above, or below 202 may experience construction noise, especially during the first week (demolition and jackhammering). After the first week, noise will be intermittent and minor as work continues. Most other units will not be affected. Thank you for your understanding. Please contact me with any questions.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) Manly is a vibrant community where there is always something going on. The beach is 100m flat walk away and is spectacular. The promenade takes you from Manly Beach to Shelley Beach on one end and all the way to Queenscliff Beach on the other end. There are local markets in the Corso every weekend and plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs to choose from. There are various hiking trails to North Head and also to the Spit. Manly is the gateway to the Northern Beaches which is idyllic for lifestyle. Many people choose to live there and commute to the city by ferry for work. There are 4 council car parks within a few minutes walk. Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.

Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour.
