Our newly launched Penthouse Studio Apartments are based in the heart of Green Point Village, with exceptional views. The Penthouse Studio Apartments forms part of The Villa Rosa Cape Town Luxury Brand.

There are plenty local restaurants within walking distance as well as local groceries stores and Italian Deli.

Green point park and the promenade is a few minutes’ walk away for an early morning or evening stroll, walk down Wigtown road, cross main road and traffic lights and enter the park gate.
