With its charming tea room, Victorian-style pub, and a rooftop terrace, it's the perfect place to unwind and soak in the unique vibe.
Of course, there's more to explore in the Gay Village. Cruz-101 is famous for its energetic club nights, while Via offers fabulous cabaret performances that you won't want to miss. 3. **No Pets**:
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
4. **Quiet Hours**:
- Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
5. **Parties/Events**:
- No parties or events are allowed in the apartment.
6. **Maximum Occupancy**:
- The maximum number of guests is 4 people. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
7. **Cleanliness**:
- Please keep the apartment tidy. Dispose of trash in the designated bins and leave used towels on the bathroom floor upon departure.
8. **Safety**:
- Ensure the doors are locked and windows are closed when you are not in the apartment.
- Do not tamper with safety devices such as smoke detectors and fire extinguishers.
9. **Appliances and Utilities**:
- Use appliances and utilities responsibly. Turn off lights, heating, and electrical devices when not in use.
- Report any malfunctioning appliances immediately.
