• Bedrooms: Two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a queen bed, loveseat, 55” TV, microwave, mini fridge, coffee machine, dedicated workspace, and high-speed internet (800 Mbps+). • Bathroom: One shared bathroom with a modern shower.
Courtyard Oasis:
• Relax on two loungers or unwind by the propane-powered fire table. • Enjoy drinks on the outdoor couches or dine at the table with chairs and an umbrella.
Parking:
• Two exclusive street parking spaces right in front of the house ensure convenience and ease of access.
Location:
• Just 3 km from Ensenada Centro, our home offers the perfect balance of proximity to downtown and peaceful retreat. • Located on a quiet street closed to through traffic. • Walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores, street food vendors, and pharmacies.
Additional Information:
• This rental does not include access to the kitchen or other rooms in the house, but we provide drinking water and coffee in each room. • Not suitable for children under 18. • We have two friendly cats who enjoy the courtyard. If you are allergic to or do not like cats, this rental may not be suitable. • Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited and will incur a $250 USD cleaning fee.

General House Rules 1. No Smoking or Vaping: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the rooms. You can smoke in the courtyard, but please make sure your bedroom door is closed. 2. No Parties, Events or Gatherings: Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed. We do not permit guests on the property who are not listed on the reservation. 3. No Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property. 4. No Children Under 18: The property is not suitable for children under 18 years of age. 5. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is before 11 AM. Courtyard and Common Areas 6. Respect Quiet Hours: Please respect the quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. 7. Clean Up After Yourself: Ensure all areas you use, especially the courtyard, are kept clean and tidy. 8. No Unauthorized Guests: Only the registered guests are allowed on the property. Safety and Security 9. Lock Doors and Windows: Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Please always be sure that the wooden door to ther garage is closed completely so our cats do not get out. 10. Use Provided Safety Equipment: Use the fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and any other safety equipment provided as needed. Amenities 11. Respect the Property: Treat the house and its contents with respect. Report any damages immediately. 12. No Cooking: The kitchen is not available for guest use; please do not cook in the house. You do have a microwave in your room to reheat your leftovers. 13. Use of Appliances: Please do not use our appliances. If you need laundry done, just let us know. We are happy to do it for you. Parking 14. Parking Spaces: Use the two dedicated street parking spaces provided. Do not block neighbors’ driveways. Do not park in the garage or in front of the driveway. Interaction with Animals 15. Friendly Cats: There are friendly cats on the property. Please do not feed or disturb them unnecessarily. Waste Disposal 16. Dispose of Trash Properly: Place trash in the designated bins and recycle where possible. Emergency Contact 17. Contact in Emergencies: In case of any emergency or issue, contact us immediately.
