Home is in a gated community with 3 pools & jacuzzi's. Located in a prime location close to hospitals, doctor offices and many shopping & restaurant choices.
3 miles to the Florida Turnpike and 3 miles to I-95. 5 miles to the beach and 4 miles to the bustling downtown area with many shops, restaurants, bars and clubs.
Quiet location in a shared home. Queen size bed in private bedroom. Large double closet, private bathroom. Closet is empty-ready for long term stays!
3 large pools with jacuzzi's. A large walking trail, exercise room, tennis courts and pickleball courts all available for your use.
Private parking space for 1 car and use of garage for storage if necessary.
Grill is available
Guests have access to living room, kitchen & patio. All community facilities are included in stay.
Host available by text/phone-any questions or requests-don’t hesitate to call.
I own a small dog named Khaleesi. She's a terrier mix and will not interfere with your stay.
