Brand New Designer apartment at just 30 min on a train ride from Zurich Main Station.
The property offers access to a decent terrace fully furnished with access to the heated pool and outdoor kitchen/bbq.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven/microwave & oven/steamer, a coffee machine and fridge/freezer.
The living room is quite open and bright with a seating and a dining area. The bedroom available for rent has a king size bed (180*200cm) fully furnished with a wardrobe and access to the guest bathroom is just by the bedroom, hence full privacy can be assured especially during the evening/night. The room will be provided with bed linen and towels. Free parking space is also available on request. WiFi is available throughout the property and you can potentially use the office if working remotely.
Pls NOTE you must be dog friendly taking in consideration that we have 3 French bulldogs :-)
Apartment is 30 min from Zurich main station and 45 min from Zurich airport by train. Train stop is 200mt from the property. Zurich airport is 25 min car ride instead.

Two easy going and spontaneous guys who like travelling, listening to music, TV, Netflix, having friends over for dinner/drinks and enjoying the summertime on our terrace.
We tend to be active and like outdoor activities - from cycling, hiking, canoeing & swimming in the summer to Skiing in the winter.
We also like to spend quite a lot of time with our French bulldog who is very friendly and loves to play quite a lot.

Pls note that we have pets and we are looking forward to host pet friendly people. Also, we live in the open countryside and you can encounter spiders or other little animals while spending time on the terrace/garden. There is NO smoking policy in the apartment but you can smoke outside on the terrace respecting other people - we are non smokers. Not allowed to smoke weed throughout the entire property. Pls refrain from the usage of any drugs while staying in our apartment. Pls take care of the apartment and furniture as if it was your apartment.

Nicest guys I could wish for. Beautiful house. Lovely view. Great location as a center for day trips.
