The stay at Brendan's place has been an excellent experience. He responded quickly, was attentive throughout, the room is comfortable, close to the airport (for travelers), and there's a good restaurant nearby. The bus takes an hour to the center, it's a quiet neighborhood in excellent condition. Brendan is a super host! Highly recommendable!
