This 42-square-meter apartment features my bedroom with a balcony, so you can enjoy your own private space during your stay.
Located just a 10- to 15-minute walk from downtown and 7 minutes from the SNCF train station, this is the perfect spot to explore Troyes. If you’d like, I’d be happy—depending on my availability—to show you around the city, day or night, and share some of my favorite spots with you. Depending on your preferences and the weather, I can also accompany you on a trip to the lake in the Forêt d’Orient or, on warmer days, for a pleasant stroll followed by some relaxation in a wooded area near the apartment.
The apartment features a balcony with artificial turf—perfect for enjoying an aperitif or simply taking in a beautiful sunset in a relaxed atmosphere. With no direct neighbors across the way, it offers a quiet and secluded setting.
Parking is easy and free right at the building’s entrance. Wi-Fi is free 😉, and the room is equipped with a ceiling fan to ensure your maximum comfort.
Nudism is welcome in the apartment. During the warmer months, I myself usually go nude when I’m at home. This space is meant above all to be a place of freedom, respect, kindness, and privacy. Everyone is therefore free to enjoy their stay as they wish, with no obligations. If you’re not comfortable with naturism, no worries: I’ll naturally adapt to your comfort level by wearing clothes. The most important thing is that everyone feels completely at ease and respected.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, I also offer the following optional services, available only upon request (to be arranged together before your arrival): • a dinner prepared by me (appetizer, main course, and dessert): €20; • a relaxing massage on a mat, designed to promote relaxation and well-being, provided on a non-professional basis.

The stay with Olivier was perfect. He's a very friendly host who loves sharing good moments. I was fortunate to spend my stay in his company and get to know a simple, curious, and generous man. He also gave me an amazing tour of the city day and night to discover the best spots in Troyes. As for the accommodation, it's located only 5-10 minutes on foot from the station, clean, and I was able to use the room as I wished to store my belongings, as well as access to the kitchen and fridge. All of this for a very reasonable price too! A huge thank you again to Olivier, if you're passing through Troyes don't hesitate!

Excellent (and too short) stay at Olivier's in his lovely apartment in Troyes, beautifully decorated, very clean and very quiet; nice bedroom and very comfortable bed. And what can I say about Olivier: a very friendly fellow with whom I spent a very good evening. He made me a very good and hearty meal and we were able to chat in simplicity and honesty. Truly, a very good evening and I will certainly return.

A fantastic stay, and Olivier did a lot to make things easy. Flat is in a very handy central location for SNCF etc, but even so it's quiet, no need to worry about traffic noise. And cool enough too for a good night's sleep even during 35C weather. Olivier was flexible and really helpful before and during my stay, with huge local knowledge and interesting chat. Absolutely recommend!

Perfect location close to the city center and the train station. Nice apartment, comfortable bed and balcony. Oliver is hospitable and I felt welcome. On the evening of arrival he even cooked, on the second evening we went to Troyes. Oliver is enthusiastic and pleasant to deal with.

Spacious room in a small apartment beautifully arranged and very functional, close to the city center with the possibility of parking for free on the street. Olivier is a thoughtful host who knows his city very well and provides plenty of useful information. I recommend 200%!
