For sleeping arrangements, sofa bed of excellent quality (Château d'Ax). Bathroom with shower and WC, washing machine, Free Wifi. Television with the main local and mainland channels.

You'll find all the services you need nearby: restaurants, shopping mall, self-service, boutiques, pharmacy, doctors, as well as a casino, night club and beautiful white-sand beaches, shuttle service to Fort de France, and a golf course 3 km away.

Rates are for one or two people. A cleaning fee is added to the rental price. 40 euros, as well as check-in and check-out + supply of sheets and towels 35 euros. There's a washing machine in the studio, but if you'd like an extra set of sheets, just ask and pay the person who'll be welcoming you (15 euros for a bed).

A ******** of 300 euros will be required on arrival and returned on departure.

The minimum rental period is 6 nights.

low season: September 1 to November 30: 40 euros per night high season: December 1 to April 30: 60 euros per night mid-season: May 1 to June 30: 50 euros per night summer season: July 1 to August 30: 55 euros per night
