This Coastal beachy stylish house is centrally located 4 blocks from the beach, 3 blocks from a park and 1/2 block from Loiza & McKleary St which boasts an incredible array of shops,restaurants, pubs,coffee shops, clubs, mini mart & more, 2 outdoor patios and an Outdoor Shower are part of the relaxing atmosphere in Casa Monsita. Full power generator is available and water sistern. Quick access to LBGTQIA+ Bars & Clubs.

-Also close all windows & umbrellas overnight
-Wash dishes daily.
-white Trash bin is located outside front
-No smoking inside the house.Smoking is allowed on both patios.
-No pets.
-Please hang wet towels /personal items on rack located in the beach gear closet ,not over the fence or the outside patio pillows
-Please take care of the furnishings and refrain from moving furniture from one room to another to avoid any damages or breakages. The cost of any damages or breakages caused by negligence may be reported to MisterBnB.
-No parties or events allowed.
IMPORTANT - Please be considerate of our neighbors. -Quiet time is from 10 pm - 7 am. -Please refrain from making excessive noise & loud music on terraces after 10pm.
-Unregistered guests Not allowed.
-Loss of keys - $50 / key replacement.
-Keep the 3 outdoor patio umbrellas closed overnight.
-Need to store luggage when flight leaves late ? or came to early? $25 storage
-Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times specially near generator on side terrace
-Please report any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so that we can repair or replace them. -Please do not take anything home with you that does not belong to you. You will be charged a replacement fee.
