No parties or events exceeding the amount of guests on your reservation, unless approved by host. Bachelorette parties are welcomed as long as you do not exceed your reservation guest count. Load dishwasher and start before you leave. Log out of personal accounts on TV. Replace all remotes where you found them. Turn off all lights at check-out. Make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked at check-out. Set thermostat to 70F if changed during your stay. Return tablet to its location. If tablet is missing or broken you will be a $200 fee. Park in designated unit parking. Quiet times- 10pm- 8am. NO GLITTER- We understand glitter is pretty but please no glitter. We take inventory after every reservation to ensure we are providing our guest with quality items during there stay. Damages- You are responsible if items are broken, damaged or missing.
