This coastal beach style home is located 4 blocks from the beach, 3 blocks from a park and 1/2 block from Loiza and McKleary St, which has an amazing variety of stores, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, clubs, mini market and more. 2 outdoor patios and an outdoor shower are part of the relaxing atmosphere at Casa Monsita. Full generator power is available and water sistern . Quick access to LBGTQIA + Bars and Clubs.

-Wash dishes daily.

-No smoking inside the house.Smoking is allowed on both patios.
-No pets.
-Please hang wet towels/personal items on the rack located in the beach equipment closet, not over the fence or outside patio pillows.
-Please take care of furniture and refrain from moving furniture from room to room to avoid any damage or breakage. The cost of any damage or breakage caused by negligence may be reported to MisterBnB.
-No parties or events are allowed.
IMPORTANT - Please be considerate of our neighbors. -Please refrain from excessive noise and loud music on the terraces after 10 pm.
-No unregistered guests allowed.
-Lost keys - $50/replacement of keys.
-Keep the 3 outdoor patio umbrellas closed during the night.
-Do you need to store luggage when flight leaves late? or arrived early? $25 storage.
-Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times, especially near the generator on the side terrace.
-Please report any damage, breakage or malfunction of the equipment immediately so that we can repair or replace it. -Do not take anything home that does not belong to you. You will be charged a replacement fee.
