On a 5-minute walk from the Leuven train station I offer a cozy attic room with a 2-person bed and a home-office corner. My place is located at a 10 minute walk from the shopping streets of Leuven, and a 20 minute walk from the city center. At 150 meters from my place you also find a bus stop with multiple lines passing (see picture). In short, the ideal location to discover the city AND to discover other places in Belgium.
The bathroom has a shower (with shampoo and soap), towels, sink, washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped. You can use both. In case of nice weather there is a sunny terrace on the roof, and a shaded patio on the ground floor.
Surrounding my place are some restaurants, bars, a supermarket, a night shop, and some parks and squares to enjoy the outside or have a picnic. Across the street is Hal5, where you can find one of the best pizza places in Leuven.

I was very comfortable staying in Steve's place. The place is perfect and comfortable. Nice terrace to relax. Communication with Steve was easy and accurate. He was very friendly and helpful answering questions since the beginning and made feel welcoming everytime. I would stay over the next time. Gracias Steve!

Everything ran smoothly during my stay thanks to Steve who is an incredible host. He makes you feel like home. You can cook, enjoy the terrace... The place is very convenient, close to the rail station connected to other great cities in Belgium (Brussels, Bruges, ...). For sure, I'll stay again here if I come back to Louvain.

Steve is very friendly, polite and hospitable guy and we had easy going communication from the very beginning. The apartment is clean, with all amenities needed, and located in quiet neighborhood (some 5 min by walk from the train station and 15 min from Leuven center). Highly recommended.

I absolutely adored staying at Steve's lovely renovated apartment. Not only did I love the city of Leuven itself, most importantly I felt at home even before arriving there thanks to Steve's friendly communication style as well as his local tips. The house is simply cute and superbly clean. Steve is a super laid-back and approachable young man, lots of fun to speak to and very knowledgeable of Belgian hot spots. I couldn't recommend more! I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Leuven is a great city to discover. Very accessible by foot. It was made even easier as Steve's place was only 5/7 minutes by foot from the Central station. Therefore all places of interest was also walkable (30mins max to the furthest museum/castle) from his place. Staying at Steve was like visiting a friend, he made me feel at ease already from day one. My room was large, with a double bed, clean and tidy. You have a coffee machine in your room if you need a quick cup of coffee on your own. We had great (late) conversations and he does give you tips on your way around his town, places of interest and spots to eat, lunch, dinner etc. I am surely coming back to his place whenever I decide to visit Leuven again. Staying at Steve's house was a complete pleasure! He made me feel like being at my own home. A warmth and comfortable bed waited for me upstairs, the bathroom was complete even also for laundry. The kitchen was full equipped with all I needed, groceries store were also a block away. A five-minute walk took me to the train station and it connected me to Brussels, Gent and Brugge. I had the time to know Leuven and places to enjoy Belgium beer and delicious food too. A five-star host!
