About the Place

Spacious city centre apartment located in the city's ‘cultural quarter’ just a few doors away from the theatre and a selection of restaurants on the quieter more affluent side of town. A place to relax with every amenity in walking distance.
The flat itself boasts a gorgeous huge oval log burner, king size bed and or chesterfield Sofa bed to accommodate up to four guests. Gourmet kitchen, home cinema, new marble bathroom with walk in shower... triple glazed stained glass windows to suit the period of the building 1870’s and to all but nullify the city centre footfall which is usually quiet by midnight on the weekends.
