A bright and cosy garden cottage with a fully equipped kitchen and a separate bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The unit is ideal for long or short stays. Located in the centre of the bustling Sandton District, the property is close to major shopping centres and a gay bar/club - Babylon; and restaurant - Beef Cakes. Major highways are easily accessible and there is loads of public transport. Ubers are very frequent with short waiting times. The Melrose Arch shopping precinct is just 5 minutes away as well as Sandton City which offers all the shopping your heart desires. For your convenience Blubird Shopping Centre is within walking distance. There is a multitude of restaurants around the area catering to any palate. The property boasts a large garden teeming with bird-life and it is quiet and peaceful. There is a swimming pool and braai (barbeque) facilities are also available.
