★ Shared Laundry Room★ ✔ Washer and Dryer Shared with Owner Guest access You have exclusive access to the basement in the lower level, including a very spacious living room, a full bathroom, a very spacious bedroom with 1 queen size beds, the shared laundry room, deck with spa, and all the spaces you see in the pictures. You could enjoy it without interruption for the duration of your stay. However, you don't have access to the upper level which is occupied by the owner.

Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500. *.
