On foot or with the legendary Polybahn - a historic funicular railroad that connects the university district with Central and offers unique views of the city - you can be in your new temporary home in just a few minutes.

The fully equipped Miele kitchen with dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, stove and microwave saves you expensive meals out. The shower and toilet are in separate rooms and offer additional comfort. A stylish dining room, which is ideal as a work area, and a living room with TV and comfortable sofas invite you to linger.

I'm often abroad on business and therefore not at home, so it's very possible that you'll have the whole apartment to yourself. And when I'm at home: I have a separate room for myself with its own entrance. So you always have as much privacy as you want.
