In the area of Puerto Viejo and Playa Chiquita you will find a diverse, welcoming and very open community. It is a popular destination among LGBTQ+ travelers for its relaxed, inclusive atmosphere and connection with nature.

I recommend visiting Casa Rústica and La Nena for charming dinners in spaces where diversity is welcome. For a more lively atmosphere, Tasty Waves Cantina in Cocles organizes theme nights and tends to attract a young and open-minded crowd.

If you're looking for local experiences, the Puerto Viejo farmers' market (Saturday mornings) is a great place to meet local people and products in a friendly atmosphere. There are also artisan and alternative clothing stores that celebrate the cultural diversity of the area.

Welcome to the heart of nature! Our dome is located in the heart of the Costa Rican Caribbean jungle, ideal for those seeking tranquility, connection with nature and a different experience. For a good coexistence, we ask you to take into account the following: Only registered guests are allowed access. No outside visitors are allowed without prior authorization. Respect the natural environment: do not disturb the animals and avoid leaving garbage. Smoking is not allowed inside the dome. No parties or loud noises are allowed. The peace of the environment is one of the main attractions. For safety reasons, it is not recommended to walk around the area at night without a flashlight. Please turn off lights and fans when you are away. We will be happy to help you make the most of your stay, thank you for respecting our space!
