To ensure a peaceful and safe stay for everyone, please review and follow these house rules: 🌙 Quiet Hours & Respect for Neighbors • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. • No loud music or disruptive noise during this time. • No parties, events, or unregistered visitors allowed. 👥 Guests & Visitors • Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted. • No overnight visitors without prior approval. • Maximum occupancy must match your booking. 🚭 Smoking & Substances • No smoking indoors. • Smoking is allowed outside only — please dispose of cigarette butts properly. • No illegal substances 🌿 Jungle & Wildlife Respect • Please do not feed wildlife — including monkeys, sloths, raccoons, or stray animals. • Keep doors and windows closed to prevent insects and animals from entering. • Use AC only with windows and doors fully closed. 💧 Water, Electricity & Sustainability • Costa Rica values conservation — please help by using water and electricity mindfully. • Turn off AC, fans, and lights when leaving the house or when not in use. • Do not flush toilet paper — use the bins provided. 🗑 Trash & Cleanliness • Place trash in the designated bins. • Don’t leave food exposed; it attracts ants and animals. • Basic tidiness is appreciated during your stay. 🛑 Safety & Security • Lock doors and windows when leaving the property. • Be cautious on outdoor walkways and decks — surfaces can be slippery when wet. • There is an outdoor security camera facing only the entrance for safety.
