General Conduct • No parties, large gatherings, or events are permitted on the property. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please respect neighbors and the peaceful nature of the property. • Only registered guests are allowed on the premises unless prior approval has been given. Property Care • Treat the home and grounds with care. Any damages must be reported promptly. • Furniture, décor, and items should remain in their original locations. Please do not remove anything from the home. • Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. Fire & Outdoor Use • Use of the firepit is allowed with caution. Please never leave a fire unattended, keep water nearby, and ensure the fire is fully extinguished before leaving the area. • Fireworks and open flames (other than the firepit and grill) are not allowed. • Be mindful of local fire advisories or restrictions during dry seasons. Safety & Security • Keep doors and windows locked when you leave the property. • Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the wooded areas, firepit, and outdoor spaces. • Wildlife is common in this area; please do not feed animals and be aware of your surroundings outdoors. Pets • Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please clean up after them and do not allow them on beds or furniture. • Keep pets leashed when outside, as the property is not fully fenced. Parking • Parking is available on the gravel driveway. Please do not park on grass or block access roads. Check-In & Check-Out • Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m., unless other arrangements have been made. • Upon departure, please leave used towels in the bathroom and dishes washed or placed in the dishwasher. Neighborhood & Community • This is a peaceful residential area. Please be respectful of our neighbors and the natural environment. • Dispose of trash and recycling in the designated bins provided.
