The well-lit apartment is in the walkout basement of our home in a safe, wooded family neighborhood. Guests have their own entrance, parking space, bathroom, kitchen, washer/dryer, desk w/computer monitor, and lots of closet and drawer space.

* Kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, toaster oven, coffee maker, plates/bowls/flatware, food prep tools, and lots of storage space.

* You will have solid internet connectivity via our fiber package — wifi speed of around 100 megabits for each device.

* The living area has a comfortable leather loveseat and ottoman in front of a gas log fireplace. Also has a 40” TV with Apple TV box capable of streaming from any of your accounts, such as Netflix or Amazon Prime.
