This is a converted horse barn into a huge 3000 square foot house. It has 4 bedrooms, two baths, a gourmet kitchen, pool table, views of the mountain range, all on a private 6 acre retreat. There is only one neighbor up the hill.
Cozy up to the wood stove, relax by the fire pit, or soak in the hot tub. Downtown Waynesville is a short 7 min drive, and there are tons of local restaurants and shopping, as well as hiking, biking, golfing, lakes, waterfalls, and mountain overlooks and drives to explore.
The property is rusty, stunning, and you are sure to make awesome memories here.
