Vista Di Amore Host Rules To ensure an enjoyable and safe stay for everyone, we kindly ask our guests to adhere to the following rules: Check-In & Check-Out Check-In: Between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Late check-ins may be arranged upon request. Check-Out: By 11:00 AM. General Etiquette Respect Our Space: Treat the property, furniture, and facilities with care. Guests will be held responsible for any damages. Noise Policy: Please keep noise levels moderate, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Guest Limit: Only registered guests are permitted on the premises unless prior arrangements are made. Pool & Outdoor Areas Pool Use: Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard is on duty. Children must be supervised at all times. Firepit & Braai: Please inform us if you’d like to use these facilities, and ensure they are left clean after use. Outdoor Hours: Pool and outdoor areas are available for use until 10:00 PM. Safety & Security Security Cameras: Our outdoor security cameras monitor the yard and pool for your safety. Please respect these areas. Keys: Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of R300. Cleanliness Daily Cleaning: Complimentary housekeeping is provided. Please notify us of any special requests. Smoking: Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Additional Services Breakfast: Complimentary breakfast is served daily from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Massages: Advance booking is required for gay massage services. Shuttles & Tours: Kindly book shuttle services and city tours at least 24 hours in advance. Prohibited Activities No Parties: Parties or events are not allowed without prior approval. No Illegal Activities: This includes the use of drugs or any activities against local laws. We want you to feel at home, but we also strive to create a welcoming and respectful environment for all guests.
