The apartment is located in the neighborhood La Vicentina Baja, on the third floor. I live here and I have an extra room available for up to 2 people.
It has a social bathroom and a full bathroom that we will share. Your room has a nice balcony so you can take advantage of the views. The place is quite quiet and in the other floors live friends so we have a nice community and we take care of each other. It is located in the north central area, more to the east so it is easy to get anywhere. Inside the apartment you can smoke (cigarettes or weed [I smoke cigarettes]), except in the bedrooms. Any other recreational substance we can discuss however it's best not to, for our safety, and the same applies for if you want to bring someone over. My space is characterized by a good atmosphere, there are no prejudices so on that side feel at ease, it's a safe space for everyone.
I'm not the most talkative person but if you want or the situation warrants it, I'm here.
