(ES) Hi! Welcome to Quito! The apartment is located in the La Vicentina Baja neighborhood, on the third floor. I live here and have an extra room available for up to 2 people. It has a half-bath and a full bathroom that we’ll share. Your room has a nice balcony where you can enjoy the views. The place is pretty quiet, and friends live on the other floors, so we have a great community and look out for each other. It’s located in the north-central area, more toward the east, so it’s easy to get anywhere. I prefer to keep my space drug-free, though we can discuss it—but it’s better not to, for our safety—and the same goes if you want to bring someone over. My space is known for having a great atmosphere; there’s no judgment, so feel at ease in that regard—it’s a safe space for everyone.
