Joe is the consummate host. Communication prior to check-in was both thorough and reassuring, and he ensured I had every comfort throughout the stay. The property is in walking distance to the city centre, and Joe's knowledge of Limerick and the surrounding area is unparalleled. This, allied to an exceptionally comfortable bed and a clean, stylish interior made it ideal for me.

I spent 2 nights at Joes, he was a wonderful host making me feel welcome at all times. The bed was comfortable and I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay again.

Joe is a great guy, his house is a 15 minute walk from the centre of Limerick, my stay with him was very good, the house was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was a bit small but functional and the best thing was the attention from Joe. He helped me at all times, and he also drove me to the centre at night in his car. This time I was only able to stay one night and I hope I can come back again. 100% recommended.
