Magnificent apartment in a mansion in Ixelles, located between the European Quarter and Place Flagey. This living space is passionately decorated, with objets d'art and antiques mixed with modern creations. Two discreet, affectionate cats.
Easy access from the center +/- 15 min (bus, streetcar and metro), not far from the large Cinquentenaire and Royal parks. The apartment is located on the second floor, the rental space is shared only during the day, the office is not included in the rental space (I would work there during the day). In the evening, we'll be in an apartment on the lower floor.
The sofa bed is in the living room. The apartment is equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom is private with bath/shower and access to our garden. Netflix, Disney + and amazon prime are available, and we have a chromecast on the TV.
The apartment is secured by an alarm system.

The gay district is located in the center of Brussels, with some of the city's top spots including L'HomoErectus, Station BXL, Chez Potiche, the Stammbar, the Boris Boy store and the Sauna Macho.
Some well-known cruising spots are also accessible, such as Parc Royal and Parc du Cinquentenaire.
