“The apartment was clean and had a nice view. It is centrally located in the city center near the Clérigos Tower with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. My one complaint is that the bed was uncomfortable. The bed was stiff, and I could feel the mattress springs when I moved. The staff were friendly and helpful. They held our luggage for 20-30 minutes while we grabbed food before our flight. They also replaced the towels daily. There's a 2 euro tourism fee per person per night so have some cash on hand for that. It wasn't quite clear how to check in. There is a small sign on the door outside the building for Be Oporto Apartments that has a phone number. You can call or chat with them over WhatsApp to get the door code to the building and the apartment.”
