Please note that guests under 12 years old are not allowed in the spa outside these hours: 13:00–16:00. The spa opening hours are from 10:00 to 21:00. Please note that use of the spa is not included in the room rates and carries a supplement. It is mandatory to reserve the spa time in advance of your arrival. [Please note that the group will be considered for reservations of more than 6 rooms or 12 people. In this case, the hotel will charge 50% of the total reservation as a deposit. If cancellation is made ten days or more after the reservation is made, the deposit will not be refunded. For weekend stays, the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount to the client's card 3 days in advance. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 20 per pet, per night applies. At the spa, it is mandatory to wear a bathing cap and flip-flops; you can bring them or buy them there. The hotel has bathrooms for people with ostomies in the common areas. Payment for the stay is mandatory upon arrival at the hotel. Children aged 0–5 years can stay free of charge when using existing bedding, one per room.
