Sadly this hotel stay was a letdown. The reception desk was almost never staffed. This made for such a poor customer experience; especially when it came to checking in/out. My room itself was adequate in size/space, but hadn't been cared for (dusty, full-on spiderwebs in the corner of the doorframe, and mildew in the shower). I can look past some of these, but paired with the lack of hospitality, it was just a bust. Credit where due; the breakfast was lovely, but not enough to win me over.
