“The location was very convenient. The staff were accommodating, friendly, and professional. The room we got was fairly decent and clean. The one issue that I would've appreciated knowing about beforehand or even at the time of the check-in that one of the windows that provide the ocean view was all damaged and honestly gross looking. It was all stained and looked moldy and unsightly and didn't look like something they wouldn't have known about to inform us in advance. This meant we had less than even partial view of the ocean. We called the front desk about this and they shared that it was not mold and it was pending repair. Since having checked out, we have shared this feedback with the hotel because they asked about our stay and I understand this has been pending for some time. I didn't think I would want to stay here again but I think if upfront communication was improved I would stay here again.”
