“Staff are wonderful, friendly, and super helpful. The room is old, shower hose leaking, bathroom door does not close, and the room key lock is troublesome. No fridge in room and no courtesy to leave a bottle of water to welcome guests. Again, this is a 2 star hotel, but... it can have huge potential.”
