“Very poor lighting in the room. We had asked that our very heavy comforter be changed too two sheets. This was never done. They were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, there is no refrigerator and no access to ice. You should've been a good coffee maker. There wasn't. The room cost us the same as a four star hotel. Staff were good and helpful.”

Our room was comfortable for a short stay. (We were there only one night.) This particular room had no storage. However, the room was tasteful and modern. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Loved my stay at Z Hotel Piccadilly! My room was clean, updated, with storage room under the bed for a carry-on size luggage and my backpack. The bed was comfy, water pressure and temperatures were great. Breakfast was fantastic – I bought the very reasonably priced buffet, and the hosts made a delicious cappuccino. Location is perfect – in only a few minutes (5-10 minutes walking), you're at Piccadilly metro, Leicester Square, Trafalger Square; in 15-20 minutes walking, you're at Westminster / Big Ben or Covent Garden. There are many theatres in this area – some within a block, and many more within 15 minutes walk. I would definitely stay here again!
