"Stayed 2 nights, totally different. First was ruined by noisy French school kids running up and down the corridor, shouting and slamming doors. The second I got a good night's sleep. Did not make use of the bar or dinning area so can't comment on that."

"This hotel is close to Canal street and literally took 5minutes to get there they recommend a certain car park which does have 24hr camera surveillance but there are plenty of other car parks closer both to the hotel and canal street. There was plenty of tea and milk in the room and plenty of sockets for charging phones etc the only thing that would have made my stay more comfortable would have been air conditioning but there was a fan to help, breakfast was extra but well worth it overall I would recommend this hotel"

"It's clean, central, cheap, quiet. That's it. Otherwise it's a dump. Very old and ugly. But I will use it again, because it was only a place to sleep and shower. The toilets and showers are down the hall. But the place is so old and ugly and looks like it hasn't been renovated i 50+ years. But you won't find a cheaper place in central London."

"There has been a lot written about the size of the hotel room - being more like a walk-in closet - so if you are more than 1 guest, be prepared to be crammed. For me, it worked out nicely. The space was clean and designed to maximize every square inch. I had a window and a comfortable queen bed. The A/C worked nicely with newer digital controls. My room was not noisy and there was a refilled bottle of water each day. Most importantly, the location was outstanding to be walking distance to major tourist sites, LGBT bars and entertainment venues while feeling reasonably safe. Over all, a little pricey per square foot, but I would return here again."
