De Stobbe is a family-run hotel located in the village of Ruinen, only 15 minutes' drive from Hoogeveen. The hotel has an indoor pool, a massage salon and sauna facilities. It offers cozy accommodations with box-spring beds and modern bathrooms.

The rooms are warmly colored and come with a little seating area, TV with cable channels and free Wi-Fi. The spacious bathrooms have a separate bath tub and shower.

Restaurant De Stobbe offers a menu of Dutch and French cuisine meals prepared with products from the region. In the morning, guests can enjoy here a buffet breakfast. There is also a bar with a lounge to relax.
