I stayed 3 nights, the first night was horrible. I was put in a small 9m2 bedroom that was very outdated with terrible bedding overlooking a horrible view. I had to complain to a complaint manager who was terrible. They gave me a decent room only the next day with a bottle of sparkling wine to apologize for having lied about their listing.
