Other types of pets are not permitted on the premises. ● A valid pet health record, including up-to-date vaccinations and deworming, must be presented. Failure to provide this documentation will result in non-admittance. ● Pets must have their own bed, food bowl, and water bowl. If not provided by the guest, the hotel may supply them at an additional charge for cleaning and disinfection. ● Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times, accompanied by an adult, and muzzled if necessary. ● Pets are not allowed in common areas such as the kitchen, dining room, cafeteria, gym, pool, or spa. ● Any damage caused by the pet will be the responsibility of the owner. The hotel reserves the right to request the removal of the pet if it causes disturbances. ● Housekeeping and maintenance services will only be carried out when the pet is not present in the room. ● A contact phone number must be provided at reception. ● Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets in outdoor areas; designated areas are available for this purpose. ● A supplement of €25 per pet per day applies, with a maximum of two pets per room. ● A deposit will be required at check-in to cover potential damages. ● Failure to comply with these rules may result in refusal of entry or removal from the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
