Children under 2 years old can stay free of charge when sharing their parents’ bed. Guests must inform the hotel at the time of booking. Baby cots are not included. Children aged 3 years and older must occupy a bed and must be included in the reservation. The reservation must include all occupants. If a child has not been added during the booking process and arrives at the hotel, the corresponding supplement will be charged at check-in. The Spa & Wellness area has a maximum capacity of 45 people per time slot. Each session lasts 60 minutes and starts from the spa’s opening time. Spa & Wellness access is not included in the room rate and advance booking is mandatory. Children must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years old and may only access the spa during family hours. Spa & Wellness closure for maintenance: from April 12 to April 17, 2026 (inclusive) and from November 22 to November 27, 2026 (inclusive). Guests are required to show a valid photo ID and a credit card upon check-in. All Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A mandatory damage deposit of €250 is required upon arrival.
